All participating schools will be asked to sign a contract via Docusign indicating their intention to attend the festival, pay fees in a timely fashion, and abide by BTN and Resort Rules/Guidelines.
The group participation fee will remain at $325 per ensemble (non-refundable) but a $300 deposit will be required this year as well (So $625 paid by Oct. 1, 2024) The $300 deposit will be applied to the final registration bill prior to the festival. If a school drops out of the festival after Jan 1, 2025 the $300 deposit will also be forfeited.
*$44 per participating student --pays for waterpark pass or Adventure Park pass (Kalahari only) and one festival meal (lunch or dinner). Fee not due until one month prior to festival. *Price is an estimate for next year's festival - could change once we get final pricing.
